Public Sector Banker's Union AIBOC is demanding the Minimum Wage concept for Officers as like the Central Government 7th Pay Commission. AIBOC has already submitted an affidavit in this regard to Madurai court.

As per AIBOC the minimum wage for entry level officers in Public Sector Bank should be Rs 57100/-.
In this regard the Minimum Wage Formula will be based on the minimum salary as per central government employees multiple of CPC component i.e. 3.11.
Minimum Wage For Entry level bank officers will be Rs 18000X3.11 = Rs 57,100
