IBA may agrees on 11th Bipartite Wage Settleemnt on 13th March with AIBEA

IBA has called the United Forum for Bankers Union (UFBU) on 13th March 2019 for next round of meeting. IBA has made the agenda of the meeting very clear i.e.
Non-participation in talks by AIBOC and NOBO - IBA's proposal to hold talks with workman unions - our future course of action !! Read More 
 As per the agenda of meeting , it is very much clear that IBA is working on concept of divide and rule. IBA wants to show through this meeting that they are keep on settling the 11th Bipartite at earliest but the officers union are non supportive. 

IBA has clearly mentioned in the agenda items that " due to non participation of officers union AIBOC and NOBO, IBA is interested in holding talk with workman unions". It means they will hold the talks with AIBEA and other workman unions and may go on certain decision on the same meeting which is scheduled on 13th March 2019.


Earlier, the AIBEA general secretary C H Venkatachalam had already hinted that their union might sign the 11th Bipartite Wage settlement as the union was satisfied with the offering being made by IBA for their cadres. Read full story
