Comparison of Wage Settlement with 10th Bipartite

In 10th Bipartite Wage Revision for Bankers - The parties i.e. IBA and Bankers Union agreed that the total quantum of wage revision increase (salaryslip component) shall be ₹2270 croresbeing 15% of the salaryslip component of Establishment Expenses of Public Sector Banks which are parties to this settlement for the year ending March 2012.

It was further agreed that the new salary of pay would be constructed, after merging Dearness Allowance corresponding to 4440 points and with a loading of about 2%. 

It was further agreed thatevery second and fourth Saturday of the month will be a holiday and other Saturdays will be full working days. 

Banker's demand are almost similar in the 11th Bipartite Settlement i.e.

1. Bankers are agreed on 15% hike on total salary slip component

2. Merger of Dearness allowance ason 31st Oct 2017

3. All Saturday should be declared holiday.

There is no difference in demand by bankers still the unions are unable to settle it on timely manner.
