IBA has once again requested the all the participating member bank to provide the fresh mandate for 11th bipartite wage settlemenmt to IBA to negotiate with unions/ associations on behalf of these banks.
IBA has also clarified that the decision in this regard will be taken by member banks.The request for reconsideration is sent to those banks which had earlier mandated the IBA to consider employees up to scale IV. IBA has not received any such mandate from the bank yet.
