11th Bipartite Wage Settlement - Waiting time is over for more than ten lacs bank employees and their family members.
As per the advise of the DFS Sri Rajeev kumar, Next Bipartite meeting with IBA will be held on 27th, 28th September for finalizing the draft and mandate. IBA is agreed on almost all the demands of bankers including 5 Days Banking with 15% Hike on payslip cost with introduction of 4.50% performance linked incentive.
This is believed that the 11th Bipartite Salary revision will be settled at 15% + 4.50% PLI by 29th Sept 2019.
