11th BPS Latest News - IBA has requested UFBU for deferring the proposed strike and submitted the list of demands with their offers. This list includes all the demands except 5 Days banking.
A letter has been sent by the Deputy Chief Executive of the IBA to UFBU which is having the detailed information about the various discussed demands. They have also mentioned the proposed hike along with the benefits.
It is sad to mention that the list doesn't include the demand of 5 days banking for Public Sector Bankers.
