11th Bps Latest Updates related to wage negotiation meeting between IBA and representatives of the Banker's Union i.e. UFBU. The proposed meeting is scheduled on 22nd July 2020 at IBA office.
The 11th Bipartite Wage revision is pending for the government run bankers for almost three years. This meeting is called after the gap of three months.
Earlier the IBA and UFBU had agreed on few of the demands as per the charted of the demands of the bankers but majority of the issues are still pending like 5 days banking, merger of special pay and others.
