The Various Bank Unions has called for the one day bank strike on 26th Nov 2020 against the Mergers, Privatization, Stake Sale and VRS schemes in the Public Sector Banks. Earlier, the National Platform of Central Trade Unions and Sectoral Federations have given call to observe countrywide General Strike on 26th Nov 2020 on seven point demands.
Four out of the seven demands are directly related to banking industry.
