11th Bipartite Wage Revision (11th BPS) for public sector bankers was signed on 11th Nov 2020. It is also expected to implement by end of this month. Majority of the bankers are not happy with the 11th BPS wage settlement as the hike given to them was not satisfactory as work their work pressure, additionally the demand for 5 days banking was also not fulfilled.
Interestingly, bankers union are happy with the settlement and publicizing it like anything as it was their effort to settle the long pending wage for the bankers.

AIBEA, an employees union is bank has come up with the notification with limited edition of 11th BPS book at the cost of Rs 30. This could be collected from certain offices as designated by them. There is nothing to left out for common bankers.
We just would like to know, in this Digital era, who is going to buy it !!!!
