Finally, after a long battle, the IBA has revised the transfer allowance on transfer including the train freight charges. The new guidelines on reimbursement is made effective immediately. The new Train Lorry charges to be paid to the officers are Rs 5.90 for first 1000 KM and Rs 4.25 for above.
