IBA has called all the GS of the Bankers' Union for signing the 12th Bipartite Settlement (12th BPS). AIBEA GS has confirmed the signing of the 12th BPS without any confirmation on the long demand of public sector bank employees of 5 Days Banking.
It is rumored that AIBEA GS is not agreed on the increasing the business hours for the employees in lieu of Five Days Banking.
