Banker's Union is demanding 'Reduced Cash Transaction Hours' for the branches in 11th Bipartite Settlement discussion with IBA. In this regard a meeting was held on 18th August 2018 between IBA and UFBU. A Supporting notes with details are already submitted on 03rd September 2018 to IBA for further needful.
Earlier, it was also informed that 5 Days banking is the major demand of banker's union in this 11th Bipartite talk. If it happens, total working hours will be increased, under such situation, accommodating reducing cash transaction hours looks feasible.
