Since very first day of the 11th Bipartite Settlement, the UFBU was opposing the IBA meeting against the introduction of Performance Linked Incentives (PLI) and they had boycotted the numerous meeting. Surprisingly, they had requested the IBA for discussion on PLI in the meeting of 18th October 2019.
Had the UFBU wanted the discussion on PLI, they would have accepted it at very first day of introduction itself. Atleast, it would have saved the many of the crucial days. Now few more meetings will be killed on the name of discussing PLI modalities.
All these propoganda shows the inability of the bankers' union and their willingness for early settlement of 11th Bipartite. These immature approach of the UFBU will surely make the settlement a nightmare for the common bankers.
