11th BPS Pension hike - IBA may agree on the UFBU demand of hike in basic pension. The merger of dearness allowance is finalized at 47.8%.
Post approval the hike on the basic pension will be approved over 47.8% DA.
The total calculation comes at 162.58%.(100+47.8=147.8×10%=162.58) i.e 163.
It means 100 rupee basic pention becomes Rs.163 after 11th Bipartite settlement. The conversion figure will be 1.63.
If load is less then the conversion factor the pension will come down accordingly. After merger at index 6352 the D.A rate will be 7 paise over and above rs 6352.
Arrears will be from the implementation of updation I.e.march 2019.
