IBA Meeting with UFBU on 09th Nov 2020 For Signing the 11th BPS

IBA has informed and invited the United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) on dated 09th November 2020 for signing the 11th Bipartite Settlement. The joint note for salary negotiation has to be signed by UFBU and IBA.

The cost sheet was already finalized for Officers and workmen. It is also informed that any unsettled demand may also be discussed at the meeting.

It is now believed that the 11th BPS will be finalized on 09-11-2020 and arrears will be paid before Diwali. The revised salary will be paid from the month of December.

Now, our Unions have to decide whether they want it to be settled now or later.
