12th Bipartite Salary Settlement is finalized. The payment of arrears and
implementation of new salary is the sole discretion of the individual banks.
Every
bank has to get board approval of joint note of the bipartite. The new salary
may be paid after that approval.
For instance, New salary and arrear will be
paid in PNB after the board meeting which is on 28 th March Arrears may be paid
in March but new salary from April 24. .
