Do you think, writing letter from one union to another or to IBA or going for signature campaign, really benefiting anything to Bank employees. Recently, All India Bank Employees’ Association (AIBEA) has written to Convener of United Forum of Bank Unions as there was no response from IBA and Dept. of Financial Services over the settlement of 11th Bipartite Wage settlement of bank employees.
What we believe that the approach taken by banker's are not convincing ? There should be transparent approach for all the decision taken for the settling the 11th Bipartite. Each union of each banks are approaching through their own way. There is no coordination between the Bank union itself. They even could not taken the confidence of bank employees in general.
How many bank employees are knowing anything about the ongoing 11th Bipartite settlement talk. Did anyone ask about their expectation or what they really want other than salary ? Union are discussing only about Pensioners, Ex employees and Women. What about the young employees who has to serve in the bank for another 30+ years ?
Kindly share your though to Banker's Union level and Government, so that they would know about the common demand of Neglected Bank employees also.
