No 5 Days Banking in the Charter of Demands of AIBEA

Interestingly 'No 5 Days Banking in the Charter of Demands of AIBEA', All India Bank Employees' Association has requested for the suggestions from all the bank's federation and union for compiling the charter of demands for 12th Bipartite Wage Settlement for the public sector bank employees. The list include 20 broad demands to get the suggestions from all the members. This list doesn't have a very important demand of the common bankers, which is being raised since 11th BPS i.e. 5 Days Banking for all the bankers.

It means this time also bankers may not get the 5 Days Banking because it is not the main demand which is going to be incorporated in the charter of demands, on the basis of which UFBU talks with IBA on settlement of 12th BPS.
