UFBU Demands Early Settlement of 12th Bipartite Wage Settlement for the Public Sector Bank employees. It is advised by Bankers' Union to IBA citing the delay in earlier wage settlement and eroding of real benefits of hiked wage due to higher inflation. Higher inflation and delay in Salary hikes are giving loss to the Bank employees.
